I lie to survive.

Have since I was sixteen and my world fell into chaos. But I found a way to endure, or rather it found me. Now I’m a prisoner of my own doing, hiding behind a false mask so no one sees the truth. Not even the man I want but can’t have—Deck. But I messed up and the lies are spilling over, out of control.

Deck is unrelenting and will settle for nothing less than the truth. He demands everything from me—EVERYTHING—even if it rips me apart.

I kill for a living.

Unyielding—It’s how I survive in my line of work. I bend people to my will…except Georgie.
But that ends now.
I've played her game for far too long, but not anymore. Now I think it's time we play mine.

*Warning: This book contains some disturbing situations, strong language and sexual content. Over 18 years.

  • Intense perfection

Loved the Tear Asunder series and the characters so I figured this would be good. But dang. So many twists and turns loved it
  • Do not read

I had to skip whole sections of the book because of the downright disturbing nature of the storyline. The romance part of the book is totally lost with all the violence.

  • Perfect Chaos was PERFECT!!!

There was always this intensity to Deck. You knew it from the Tear Assunder books. He was feared by others but loyal to his people. When a Deck spoke you knew that was the final word. With Georgie, I always wondered why her and Deck never got together. Was it because of her brother who had died and he was close to him and felt the guilt of being with his fallen brothers little sister. Or was it something more. In this book, Perfect Chaos we find out more than I anticipated. We find out about Connor, Georgie's brother and his death. We learn more about Kai and his involvement with Georgie. And we also learn about why Deck never pursued Georgie all these years. Nashoda Rose did an amazing job of keeping this story separate from the Tear Assunder books so one can read this series and not feel lost. This is an entirely stand alone series but with characters from Tear Assunder making appearances. I look forward to reading book two coming out in 2015.
